being discoordinated pushed up right next to pain, was that tipped the scale to a threat that made mana burn in his fingers. ]
[for once, muffin wishes he was bigger, so he could pick quetzal up and move him to the blanket. he's still strong enough to do that, but not in any elegant way. better if they scoot over. instead of curling up around quetzal protectively, he huddles up against him. small and sturdy.
muffin opens his Daffodil bag and pulls out water and a cloth, letting quetzal see what he has before he starts to clean the wound]
Have never bit someone that hard that I wasn't mad at.
